At akta MTB, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, we are committed to getting you back on the trails with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with all original tags attached into the shipping box, ensuring the gear is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
